Day 2 on the Mekong River.
Nice to see you all again. Well remember the first text I wrote, that was Day 1, so then let's get started with Day 2 ...so listen.
When we woke up we went for a snoop around and looked for breakfast. We ordered three different things. Do you want to hear them? Yes! Then what are we waiting for! Here are the things we brought:
- Two chocolate muffins
- Three chocolate croissants and a
- Plain croissant
Are you wondering if I liked the food? If you are, I did not! I am not sure why though. When we got on the boat we had to wait and wait and wait! At last it was time to go and we started. We put our shoes in a plastic bag so the boat didn't get dirty.
When Jennifer arrived I started playing the yes and no game with her. She asked me a question and I answered "yes" then she told me we were playing the yes and no game. "But I said you never said we were playing!" She answered " we're always playing" so then we decided I won and she gave me a loom band that was blue and green. Zoe got a pink and white one and Sam an orange and white one. When we left the pier we didn't talk for a while because everyone was a little shy again. Then it eventually got noisier but not too loud. We played four in a row, happy families and Zoe and Sam played with Max from Austria!
My favourite part of the boat trip was playing with Jennifer because she was very caring to us children. When we arrived at Luang Prabang I said bye bye to Jennifer and had a sweetie. Chipseng with his wife Jan and son Newy picked us up and took us to our hotel.
